Weight Limit:You can load your frame with up to 120kg. This includes riders weight, cargo and components. However, some critical componenets like the fork and wheels may have lower limits so please check the manufacturer's documents to ensure you are using the products under it's allowed weight limit.
Storage:Store your bicycle in a dry, cool, and sheltered environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures or excessive moisture.
Cleaning:Clean your bicycle regularly to remove dirt, debris, and corrosive materials. Use appropriate cleaning products and follow the cleaning instructions provided in the owner's manual.

For example: if you have issues with your geartrain you will have to complain directly to Shimano to claim the warranty on their products.
